Empowering Young Women!

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our partnership with YWCA Ethiopia to train 225 young women in Addis Ababa and Hawassa over the coming weeks!
Through 7 intensive training cohorts—each running for four days between July 15 and August 7—participants will build critical knowledge and skills in:
🌱 Personal Development: Goal-setting, confidence-building, and self-leadership
⚖️ Legal Rights: Property ownership, access to loans, and financial services
📢 Advocacy: Grassroots organizing, lobbying, and role-play simulations
The first two cohorts have already kicked off in Addis Ababa, and the energy, engagement, and ambition of the participants are truly inspiring.
We’re proud to be working alongside YWCA to equip young women with the tools to lead, influence, and thrive in their communities.
